มาตรา 530
- ถ้าการให้นั้นมีค่าภารติดพัน ท่านว่าผู้ให้จะต้องรับผิดเพื่อความชำรุดบกพร่อง ฤๅเพื่อการรอนสิทธิเช่นเดียวกันกับผู้ขาย แต่ท่านจำกัดไว้ว่าไม่เกินจำนวนค่าภารติดพัน

- If the gift is subject to a charge, the donor is liable for defect or eviction in the same manner as a seller but only to the extent of the charge.
