• การเช่าถือสวนนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเช่ากันปีหนึ่ง
• การเช่านาก็ให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเช่ากันตลอดฤดูทำนาปีหนึ่ง
