มาตรา 590
- ถ้าสัมภาระนั้น ผู้ว่าจ้างเปนผู้จัดหามาส่ง ท่านให้ผู้รับจ้างใช้สัมภาระด้วยความรมัดรวัง และประหยัดอย่าให้เปลืองเสียเปล่า เมื่อทำการงารสำเร็จแล้ว มีสัมภาระเหลืออยู่ก็ให้คืนแก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง

- If the materials are to be supplied by the employer, the contractor shall use them carefully and without waste. He shall return the surplus after the work is completed.
