มาตรา 595

• ถ้าผู้รับจ้างเปนผู้จัดหาสัมภาระไซร้ ความรับผิดของผู้รับจ้างในการบกพร่องนั้น ท่านให้บังคับด้วยบทแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ ลักษณซื้อขาย
