มาตรา 597
- ถ้าผู้ว่าจ้างยอมรับมอบการที่ทำนั้นแล้วโดยมิได้อิดเอื้อน ผู้รับจ้างก็ไม่ต้องรับผิดเพื่อการที่ส่งมอบเนิ่นช้า

- If the employer has accepted the work without reservation, the contractor is not liable for the delay in delivery.
