มาตรา 614

• แม้ว่าใบตราส่งจะได้ออกให้แก่บุคคลผู้ใดโดยนามก็ตาม ท่านว่าย่อมสลักหลังโอนให้กันได้ เว้นแต่จะมีข้อห้ามการสลักหลังไว้

• Even though a consignment note has been made out to a named person, it can be transferred by indorsement, unless the indorsement is forbidden in the consignment note,
