มาตรา 629
- ถ้าการรับขนทำกันหลายต่อ และใช้วิธีส่งมอบของก่อน เพื่อรับค่ารวางพาหนะและอุปกรณ์ต่อภายหลังไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ขนส่งทอดหลังจะต้องรับผิดผู้ขนส่งทอดก่อนในค่ารวางพาหนะและอุปกรณ์ซึ่งยังค้างชำระแก่เขา

- If the carrier delivers the goods before payment of the freight and accessories, he remains liable to preceding carriers for such part of the freight and accessories as may still be due to them.
