มาตรา 665

• ผู้รับฝากจำต้องคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งรับฝากไว้นั้นให้แก่ผู้ฝาก ฤๅทรัพย์สินนั้นฝากในนามผู้ใด คืนให้แก่ผู้นั้น ฤๅผู้รับฝากได้รับคำสั่งโดยชอบให้คืนทรัพย์สินนั้นไปแก่ผู้ใด คืนให้แก่ผู้นั้น
• แต่หากผู้ฝากทรัพย์ตาย ท่านให้คืนทรัย์สินนั้นให้แก่ทายาท

• [I] The depositary is bound to return the property deposited to the depositor, or to the person in whose name it was deposited, or to the person to whom he has been duly directed to return it.
• [II] Provided that if the depositor dies the property deposited shall be returned to his heir.
