มาตรา 678
- ในข้ความรับผิดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนเพืื่อทรัพย์สินของคนเดิรทางฤๅแขกอาศัยสูญหายฤๅบุบสลายนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่วันที่คนเดิรทางฤๅแขกอาศัยออกไปจากสถานที่นั้น

- No action for compensation for loss or damage caused to the property of the traveller or guest can be entered later than six months after the departure of the traveller or guest.
