มาตรา 699
- การค้ำประกันเพื่อกิจการเนื่องกันหลายคราว ไม่มีจำกัดเวลาเปนคุณแก่เจ้าหนี้นั้น ท่านว่าผู้ค้ำประกันอาจเลิกเสียเพื่อคราวอันเปนอนาคดได้ โดยบอกกล่าวความประสงค์นั้นแก่เจ้าหนี้
- ในกรณีเช่นนั้น ท่านว่าผู้ค้ำประกันไม่ต้องรับผิดในกิจการที่ลูกหนี้กระทำลงภายหลังคำบอกกล่าวนั้นได้ไปถึงเจ้าหนี้

- [I] The suretyship for a series of transactions without limit of time in favour of the creditor can be determined by the surety for the future by giving notice to the creditor to that effect.
- [II] In such case, the surety is not liable for transactions done by the debtor after the notice has reached the creditor.
