มาตรา 720
- จำนองเรือนโรง ฤๅสิ่งปลูกสร้างอย่างอื่นซึ่งได้ทำขึ้นไว้บนดินฤๅใต้ดิน ในที่ดินอันเปนของคนอื่น เขานั้นย่อมไม่ครอบไปถึงที่ดินนั้นด้วย ฉันใดกลับกันก็ฉันนั้น

- A mortgage over buildings erected or constructions made upon or under the land of another person does not extend to such land, and vice versa.
