มาตรา 753
- ถ้าจำนำใบหุ้นฤๅใบหุ้นกู้ชนิดระบุชื่อ ท่านห้ามมิให้ยกขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้บริษัทฤๅบุคคลภายนอก เว้นแต่จะได้จดลงทะเบียนการจำนำนั้นไว้ในสมุดของบริษัท ตามบทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในลักษณ ๒๒ ว่าด้วยการโอนหุ้นฤๅหุ้นกู้

- If a named certificate for share or debenture is pledged, such pledge cannot be set up against the company or other third persons, unless the creation of the pledge is entered in the company's book in accordance with the provisions of Title XXII relating to the transfer of shares or debentures.
