มาตรา 755

• ถ้าจำนำสิทธิ ท่านห้ามมิให้ทำสิทธินั้นให้สิ้นไป ฤๅแก้ไขสิทธินั้นให้เสียหายแก่ผู้รับจำนำ โดยผู้รับจำนำมิได้ยินยอมด้วย
