มาตรา 781
- เมื่อประทวนสินค้าได้สลักหลังและส่งมอบแก่ผู้รับจำนำแล้ว ให้ผู้ฝากกับผู้รับจำนำจดลงไว้ในประทวนสินค้าเปนสำคัญ ว่าได้จดข้อความตามที่บัญญัติในมาตราก่อนไว้ในใบรับของคลังสินค้าแล้ว

- When the warrant is indorsed and delivered to the pledgee, the depositor and the pledgee shall certify on the warrant that they have made on the warehouse receipt the mention provided in the foregoing section.
