มาตรา 806
- ตัวการซึ่งมิได้เปิดเผยชื่อจะกลับแสดงตนให้ปรากฏและเข้ารับเอาสัญญาใด ๆ ซึ่งตัวแทนได้ทำไว้แทนตนก็ได้ แต่ถ้าตัวการผู้ใดได้ยอมให้ตัวแทนของตนทำการออกหน้าเปนตัวการไซร้ ท่านว่าตัวการผู้นั้นหาอาจจะทำให้เสื่อมเสียถึงสิทธิของบุคคลภายนอกอันเขามีต่อตัวแทน และเขาขวนขวายได้มาแต่ก่อนที่รู้ว่าเปนตัวแทนนั้นไม่ได้

- An undisclosed principal may declare himself, and assume any contract entered into on his behalf. But the principal who allows his agent to act as a principal cannot prejudice the rights of the third person against the agent, acquired before notice of agency.
