มาตรา 810
- เงินและทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นบรรดาที่ตัวแทนได้รับไว้เกี่ยวด้วยการเปนตัวแทนนั้น ท่านว่าตัวแทนต้องส่งให้แก่ตัวการจงสิ้น
- อนึ่งสิทธิทั้งหลายซึ่งตัวแทนขวนขวายได้มาในนามของตนเองแต่โดยฐานที่ทำการแทนตัวการนั้น ตัวแทนก็ต้องโอนให้แก่ตัวการจงสิ้น

- [I] The agent must hand over to the principal all the moneys and other properties which he receives in connection with the agency.
- [II] He must transfer to the principal the rights which he has acquired in his own name but on behalf of the principal.
