มาตรา 826

• เหตุดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ ย่อมทำให้สัญญาตัวแทนระงับสิ้นไป คือ
  • (๑) ตัวการถอนตัวแทน
  • (๒) ตัวแทนบอกเลิกเปนตัวแทน
  • (๓) ตัวการฤๅตัยแทนตาย
  • (๔) ตัวการกลายเปนผู้ไร้ความสามารถ

• Agency is extinguished:
  • (1) By the principal revoking the agency.
  • (2) By the agent renouncing the agency.
  • (3) By the death of the principal or of the agent.
  • (4) By the principal becoming incapacitated.
