• ในเมื่อสัญญาตัวแทนระงับสิ้นไป ตัวการชอบที่จะเรียกให้เวนคืนหนังสือมอบอำนาจอย่างใด ๆ อันได้ให้ไว้แก่ตัวแทนนั้นได้
