มาตรา 837
- ในการที่ตัวแทนค้าต่างทำการขายฤๅซื้อ ฤๅจัดทำกิจการค้าขายอย่างอื่นต่างตัวการนั้น ท่านว่าตัวแทนค้าต่างย่อมได้ซึ่งสิทธิอันมีต่อคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งในกิจการเช่นนั้น และตัวแทนค้าต่างย่อมเปนผู้ต้องผูกพันต่อคู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นด้วย

- The commission agent, by a sale or purchase or any other transaction made on account of the principal, acquires rights against the other party to such transaction and becomes bound to him.
