มาตรา 847
- การรับเงินฤๅรับสินใช้อย่างอื่นอันจะพึงชำระตามสัญญานั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่านายหน้าย่อมไม่มีอำนาจที่ระรับแทนผู้เปนคู่สัญญา

- A broker is presumed to have no authority to receive on behalf of the parties the payments or other prestations due in performance of the contract.
