- ผู้เอาประกันภัยจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียแต่ก่อนที่จะเริ่มเข้าสู่บ่วงแห่งภัยก็ได้ แต่ผู้รับประกันภัยชอบที่จะได้รับเบี้ยประกันภัยกึ่งจำนวน
