มาตรา 879
- ผู้รับประกันภัยไม่ต้องรับผิดในเมื่อความวินาศภัยฤๅเหตุอื่นซึ่งได้ระบุไว้ในสัญญานั้นได้เกิดขึ้นเพราะความทุจริตฤๅความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงของผู้เอาประกันภัยฤๅผู้รับประโยชน์

- The insurer is not liable if the loss or other event specified in the contract is caused by the bad faith or the gross negligence of the assured or the beneficiary.
