- อันตั๋วเงินตามความหมายแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้มีสามประเภท ๆ หนึ่ง คือตั๋วแลกเงิน ประเภทหนึ่ง คือตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน ประเภทหนึ่ง คือเช็ค
