มาตรา 904
- อันผู้ทรงนั้น หมายความว่า บุคคลผู้มีตั๋วเงินอยู่ในเงื้อมมือ โดยฐานเปนผู้รับเงิน ฤๅเปนผู้รับสลักหลัง ถ้าและตั๋วเงินสั่งจ่ายเงินให้แก่ผู้ถือ ๆ ก็นับว่าเปนผู้ทรงเหมือนกัน

- Holder means a person who is in possession of a bill as a payee or indorsee, or the bearer if the bill is payable to bearer.
