มาตรา 912

• อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้นจะออกสั่งให้ใช้เงินตามคำสั่งของผู้สั่งจ่ายก็ได้
• อนึ่ง จะสั่งจ่ายเอาจากตัวผู้สั่งจ่ายเอง ฤๅสั่งจ่ายเพื่อบุคคลภายนอกก็ได้
