มาตรา 934
- ถ้าผู้จ่ายเขียนคำรับรองลงในตั๋วแลกเงินแล้ว แต่หากกลับขีดฆ่าเสียก่อนตั๋วเงินนั้นหลุดพ้นไปจากมือตนไซร้ ท่านให้ถือเปนอันว่าได้บอกปัดไม่รับรอง แต่ถ้าผู้จ่ายได้แจ้งความเปนหนังสือไปยังผู้ทรง ฤๅคู่สัญญาฝ่ายอื่นซึ่งได้ลงนามในตั๋วเงินว่าตนรับรองตั๋วเงินนั้นก่อนแล้ว จึงมาขีดฆ่าคำรับรองต่อภายหลังไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้จ่ายก็คงต้องผูกพันอยู่ตามเนื้อความที่ตนได้เขียนรับรองนั้นเอง

- Where the drawee who has put his acceptance on a bill of exchange has cancelled it before the bill has left his hands, acceptance is deemed to be refused; nevertheless, the drawee is bound, according to the terms of his acceptance, if he has cancelled it after he has in writing informed the holder or any other party who has signed the bill that he has accepted it.
