มาตรา 941

• อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ย่อมจะพึงใช้เงินในวันถึงกำหนด และถึงกำหนดวันใด ผู้ทรงต้องนำตั๋วเงินไปยื่นเพื่อให้ใช้เงินในวันนั้น

• A bill of exchange is payable on the day of its maturity. The holder must present it for payment on that day.
