มาตรา 950
- ผู้สั่งจ่ายฤๅผู้สลักหลังจะระบุบุคคลผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดไว้ก็ได้ว่าเปนผู้จะรับรอง ฤๅใช้เงินยามประสงค์ ณ สถานที่ใช้เงิน
- ภายในเงื่อนบังคับดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปข้างหน้า บุคคลผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดจะรับรองฤๅใช้เงินตามตั๋วแลกเงินในฐานเปนผู้สอดเข้าแก้หน้าบุคคลใดผู้ลงลายมือชื่อในตั๋วนั้นก็ได้
- ผู้สอดเข้าแก้หน้านั้นจะเปนบุคคลภายนอกก็ได้ แม้จะเปนผู้จ่ายฤๅบุคคลซึ่งต้องรับผิดโดยตั๋วเงินนั้นอยู่แล้วก็ได้ ห้ามแต่ผู้รับรองเท่านั้น
- ผู้สอดเข้าแก้หน้าจำต้องให้คำบอกกล่าวโดยไม่ชักช้า เพื่อให้คู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งตนเข้าแก้หน้านั้นทราบการที่ตนเข้าแก้หน้า

- [I] The drawer or an indorser may specify a person who is to accept or pay in case of need at the place of payment.
- [II] A bill of exchange may, under the conditions hereafter set forth, be accepted or paid by a person who intervenes for any person who has signed it.
- [III] The intervener may be a third person, even the drawee, or the person already liable on the bill, except only the acceptor.
- [IV] The intervener is bound to give without delay notices of his intervention to the party for whom he has intervened.
