มาตรา 953
- ผู้รับรองด้วยสอดเข้าแก้หน้าย่อมต้องรับผิดต่อผู้ทรงตั๋วเงินนั้น และรับผิดต่อผู้สลักหลังทั้งหลายภายหลังคู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งตนเข้าแก้หน้า อย่างเดียวกันกับที่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นต้องรับผิดอยู่เอง

- The acceptor by intervention is liable to the holder and to the indorsers subsequent to the party for whose account he intervened in the same manner as the latter.
