มาตรา 1013
- อันห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทนั้น ท่านกำหนดเปนสามประเภท คือ
- (๑) ห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญ
- (๒) ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด
- (๓) บริษัทจำกัด

- There are three kinds of partnerships or companies, that is to say :
- (1) Ordinary partnerships.
- (2) Limited partnerships.
- (3) Limited companies.
