มาตรา 1015

• บันดาสำนักงารสำหรับจดทะเบียนห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัททั้งหลายนั้น ให้เสนาบดีเจ้ากระทรวงซึ่งบัญชาการจดทะเบียนห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทเปนพนักงานออกกฎข้อบังคับจัดตั้งขึ้น
