มาตรา 1016
- ห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัท เมื่อได้จดทะเบียนตามบัญญัติแห่งลักษณนี้แล้ว ท่านจัดว่าเปนบุคคลนิติสมมตต่างหากจากผู้เปนหุ้นส่วน ฤๅผู้ถือหุ้นทั้งหลายซึ่งรวมเข้ากันเปนห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทนั้น

- A partnership or company, upon registration, being made according to the provisions of this Title, constitutes a juristic person distinct from the partners or shareholders of whom it is composed.
