มาตรา 1033
- ถ้าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนมิได้ตกลงกันไว้ในกระบวนจัดการห้างหุ้นส่วนไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนย่อมจัดการห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้นได้ทุกคน แต่ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนคนหนึ่งคนใดจะเข้าทำสัญญาอันใดซึ่งผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนอีกคนหนึ่งทักท้วงนั้นไม่ได้
- ในกรณีเช่นนี้ ท่านให้ถือว่าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนย่อมเปนหุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการทุกคน

- [I] If nothing has been agreed between the partners as to the management of the business of the partnership, such business may be managed by each of the partners, provided that no partner may enter into a contract to which another partner objects.
- [II] In such case, each partner is a managing partner.
