มาตรา 1037
- ถึงแม้ว่าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนทั้งหลายได้ตกลงให้ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนคนเดียวฤๅหลายคนเปนผู้จัดการห้างหุ้นส่วนก็ดี ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนทุกคนนอกจากผู้จัดการย่อมมีสิทธิที่จะไต่ถามถึงการงารของห้างหุ้นส่วนที่จัดอยู่นั้นได้ทุกเมื่อ และมีสิทธิที่จะตรวจและคัดสำเนา สมุดบาญชี และเอกสารใด ๆ ของห้างหุ้นส่วนได้ด้วย

- Even if the partners have agreed that the business of the partnership shall be managed by one or more managing partners, each non-managing partner has the right to enquire at any time into the management of the business and to inspect and copy any of the partnership books and documents.
