มาตรา 1048
- ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนคนหนึ่งจะเรียกเอาส่วนของตนจากหุ้นส่วนอื่น ๆ แม้ในกิจการค้าขายอันใดซึ่งไม่ปรากฏชื่อของตนก็ได้

- A partner may claim from the other partners a share even in a transaction where his own name did not appear.
