- ห้างหุ้นส่วนซึ่งมิได้จดทะเบียนนั้น ถึงแม้จะมีข้อจำกัดอำนาจของหุ้นส่วนคนหนึ่งในการที่จะผูกพันผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนคนอื่น ๆ ท่านว่าข้อจำกัดเช่นนั้นก็หามีผลถึงบุคคลภายนอกไม่

- No restriction of the power of a member of a non-registered partnership to bind the other partners can have effect with respect to third persons.
