มาตรา 1085
- ถ้าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนจำพวกจำกัดความรับผิด ได้แสดงด้วยจดหมายฤๅใบแจ้งความ ฤๅด้วยวิธีอย่างอื่นให้บุคคลภายนอกทราบว่า ตนได้ลงหุ้นไว้มากกว่าจำนวนซึ่งได้จดทะเบียน เพียงใด ท่านว่าผู้นั้นจะต้องรับผิดเท่าถึงจำนวนเพียงนั้น

- If a partner with limited liability has, by letter, circular or otherwise, informed third persons that his contribution is greater than the registered amount, he becomes liable for such greater amount.
