• จำนวนหุ้นทั้งหมดซึ่งบริษัทคิดจะจดทะเบียนนั้น ต้องมีผู้เข้าชื่อซื้อ ฤๅออกให้กันเสร็จก่อนการจดทะเบียนของบริษัท
