มาตรา 1106
- การที่เข้าชื่อซื้อหุ้นนั้น ย่อมผูกพันผู้เข้าชื่อในเงื่อนไขว่าถ้าบริษัทตั้งขึ้นแล้ว จะใช้จำนวนเงินค่าหุ้นนั้น ๆ ให้แก่บริษัทตามหนังสือชี้ชวนและข้อบังคับของบริษัท
Section 1106. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- A person by subscribing for shares binds himself, on condition that the company be formed, to pay to the company the amount of such shares in conformity with the prospectus and regulations.
