มาตรา 1107
- เมื่อหุ้นชนิดซึ่งจะต้องลงเงินนั้นได้มีผู้เข้าชื่อซื้อหมดแล้ว ผู้เริ่มก่อการต้องนัดบันดาผู้เข้าชื่อซื้อหุ้นมาประชุมกันเปนการประชุมใหญ่ ประชุมอันนี้ให้เรียกว่าประชุมตั้งบริษัท
- อนึ่ง ให้ผู้เริ่มก่อการส่งรายงานการตั้งบริษัท มีข้อความที่เกี่ยวแก่กิจการอันจะพึงกระทำในที่ประชุมตั้งบริษัททุก ๆ ข้อตามความในมาตราต่อไปนี้ ไปยังผู้เข้าชื่อซื้อหุ้นอย่างน้อยเจ็ดวันก่อนวันนัดประชุม สำเนารายงารนี้ให้ส่งไปยังนายทะเบียนด้วยในขณะเดียวกัน

- [I] When all the shares to be paid in money have been subscribed, the promoters must hold a general meeting of the subscribers which shall be called the statutory meeting.
- [II] They shall, at least seven days before the day on which the meeting is to be held, forward to the subscribers a statutory report containing all particulars of the business to be transacted at the statutory meeting under the following Section. Copy of the same shall be forwarded at the same time to the Registrar.
