มาตรา 1116
- ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดปรารถนาจะได้สำเนาหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ และข้อบังคับบันดามีในบริษัทหนึ่งบริษัทใด ก็ชอบที่จะเรียกได้จากบริษัทนั้น เมื่อได้ใช้ราคาไม่เกินกว่าบาทหนึ่ง

- Any interested person is entitled to obtain from any company a copy of its memorandum and regulations, if any, on payment of a sum not exceeding one baht.
