มาตรา 1147
- บันดาข้อบังคับอันได้ตั้งขึ้นใหม่ ฤๅหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ ฤๅข้อบังคับซึ่งได้เปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น ให้บริษัทส่งมอบสำเนาตีพิมพ์ไว้ ณ หอทะเบียนอย่างละห้าสิบฉบับในเวลาเดียวกับที่ขอจดทะเบียน

- Fifty printed copies of every new regulation or of the altered memorandum or regulations shall be deposited at the same time at the Registration Office.
