มาตรา 1149
- ตราบใดหุ้นทั้งหลายยังมิได้ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน ท่านว่าตราบนั้นบริษัทจะลงพิมพ์ ฤๅแสดงจำนวนต้นทุนของบริษัทในหนังสืออย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด เช่น ในคำบอกกล่าวป่าวร้องก็ดี ในตั๋วเงินและบาญชีสิ่งของก็ดี ในจดหมายก็ดี ต้องแสดงไว้ให้ชัดเจนด้วยในที่เดียวกันว่า จำนวนเงินต้นทุนได้ชำระแล้วเพียงกี่ส่วน

- As long as the shares have not been fully paid up, the company may not print or mention the capital of the company in any notices, advertisements, bills, invoices, letters or other documents, without clearly mentioning at the same time what proportion of such capital has been paid up.
