มาตรา 1157
  • การตั้งกรรมการขึ้นใหม่นั้น ตั้งใครเมื่อใด ท่านให้นำความไปจดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ตั้งจงทุกครั้ง
