มาตรา 1201
- ห้ามมิให้จ่ายเงินปันผลฤๅดอกเบี้ย ให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้น นอกจากจ่ายตามติของที่ประชุมใหญ่ และเปนเงินที่ชักมาแต่ผลกำไรซึ่งบริษัททำมาค้าได้เท่านั้น

- No dividend or interest may be paid to the shareholders except in execution of a resolution passed by a general meeting and out of the profits arising from the business of the company.
