มาตรา 1202
- ถ้าหากบริษัทขาดทุน ห้ามมิให้จ่ายเงินปันผลฤๅดอกเบี้ย จนกว่าจะได้ทำให้ทุนที่ขาดเช่นนั้น คืนดีเสียก่อน
