มาตรา 1252

• หุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการ ฤๅกรรมการบริษัทมีอำนาจโดยตำแหน่งเดิมฉันใด เมื่อเปนผู้ชำระบาญชี ก็ยังคงมีอำนาจอยู่ฉันนั้น
