มาตรา 1254
- การเลิกหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทนั้น ผู้ชำระบาญชีต้องนำบอกให้จดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่เลิกกัน และในการนี้ต้องระบุชื่อผู้ชำระบาญชีทุก ๆ คนให้จดลงทะเบียนไว้ด้วย

- The dissolution of the partnership or company and the names of the liquidators must be registered within fourteen days after the date of dissolution by the liquidators.
