มาตรา 1263
- ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าภาระติดพัน และค่าใช้จ่ายซึ่งต้องเสียโดยควรในการชำระบาญชีนั้น ท่านว่าผู้ชำระบาญชีต้องจัดการใช้ก่อนหนี้เงินรายอื่น ๆ

- All costs, charges and expenses properly incurred in the liquidation must be paid by the liquidators in preference to other debts.
