มาตรา 1265
- ผู้ชำระบาญชีจะเรียกให้ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนฤๅผู้ถือหุ้นส่งใช้เงินลงหุ้นอันเปนส่วนยังค้างชำระอยู่นั้นก็ได้ และเงินที่ค้างชำระนี้ถึงแม้จะได้ตกลงกันไว้ก่อนโดยสัญญาเข้าหุ้นส่วน ฤๅโดยข้อบังคับของบริษัทว่าจะได้เรียกต่อภายหลังก็ตาม เมื่อเรียกเช่นนี้แล้ว ท่านว่าต้องส่งใช้ทันที

- The liquidators may require the partners or shareholders to pay such part of their contributions or shares as may be still unpaid and such part must be paid at once, even if it was previously agreed by the contract of partnership or the regulations of the company that it would be called for at a later period.
